HMT have in-house experienced tooling engineers and produce precision machined tools from a variety of steels and aluminium alloys. Our tools are produced using our state of the art CAD 3D design software. We can produce pre-production tools for small production runs or a high quality full production tool for production runs of millions.
Tools can be single impression or multi cavity with simple or shaped split lines. Seven of our twelve strong workforce are fully skilled Toolmakers, we can therefore offer a superior service.
As well as the latest design 3D software we have also invested in well over a millions pounds in CNC machinery & systems. A programme of continuous investment allows us to work accurately and faster than most of our competitors.
Our experienced engineers specialise in designing and producing precision machined tools from a variety of tool steels and aluminium alloys for use on our own in-house injection moulding machines, giving total control over the whole moulding process on one site.
